Get in Touch
The form lands with the people who will handle your rug. There is no call center in between, and there is no cost to asking.
How This Works
Everything is read the day it comes in. The more you can say about size, fiber and what went wrong, the closer the first figure will be to the final one.

Rug soaked after a storm?
Wet rugs are pulled forward of routine work. Do not wait on an adjuster to call back — roughly the first two days decide whether the piece is recoverable at all.
Storm water recoveryMoving out this year?
Give us the packing date and we will work backwards, so the rugs go into the container washed, dry and wrapped properly rather than rolled up as-is.

Fill in whatever you know. Only a name and an email address are strictly needed.
Where We Collect and Return
If your town is not on the list, ask anyway. The edges of the route are flexible and the answer is usually yes.
